Annual servicing of appliances is also a great way to ensure that they’re in safe working order. We can remind you electronically when your service is due, so you never miss it. GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATES
When we’ve serviced or inspected your gas appliance, we can issue you a CP12 certificate, demonstrating that they’re in a fit and safe condition. For your convenience, we can issue this certificate electronically. SERVICE AND CERTIFICATE (RECOMMENDED)
Service one gas appliance and provide CP12 certificate: £96
Additional appliances (boilers or fires): £66
Additional appliance (cooker): £26
This includes a full service plus CP12 certificate for boilers or gas fires. Please note that we only check the safety of the cooker for the CP12 certificate. If additional work is required, extra time is charged at £45 per half hour, plus parts.

CP12 certificate (fire): £96
Additional CP12 certificate (boilers or fires): £66
Additional CP12 certificate (cooker): £26
This includes a safety check and certificate, not a service. If additional work is required to fix faults, extra time is charged at £45 per half hour, plus parts.
